National Badger Day Guided Walk With Woodscape

To celebrate National Badger Day (6th October every year) or Broctober as we call it, we have arranged a guided walk with Woodscape at 1.00pm on Saturday 31st October 2026. Parking on Stuart Place or Windsor Place and on the corner where they meet follow the path to the allotments to rendezvous at 1pm. Woodscape is a volunteer community group based in Huddersfield and they maintain Bradley Gate, Screamer, Dyson, and Lower Fell Greave Woods. You will learn about the history of the woods and the work Woodscape volunteers undertake.
